How to create Saved Views in Usermaven

What are Saved Views?
Saved Views are preset configurations of your Usermaven Web Analytics dashboard that allow you to quickly access customized data views, focus on specific metrics, and ensure consistency in reporting across your team.
How to create a Saved View in Usermaven?
- On your Usermaven Web Analytics dashboard, select the metrics and data points you want to focus on. Apply as many filters as needed (e.g., specific conversion goals, locations)
- These filters will appear at the top of your dashboard. Click on the 'Filters' button near the top.
- Click on the 'Save' icon.
- In the 'Save View' popup that appears, enter a name for your view (e.g., Plan Upgraded users from the US). You will then see several options:
- Save with the selected domain: If selected, the view will only be saved for the selected domain.
- Save with the selected time period: If selected, the saved view will be saved with the time period set on the web analytics dashboard. You can always change this as per your need.
- Available on public (shared) dashboard: If enabled, this saved view will also be visible on your the shared dashboard.
- After configuring your options, click the 'Save' button
Accessing and managing Saved Views
Once you've created a Saved View, it will be readily accessible from the 'Saved Views' dropdown menu on your dashboard. To use a specific view, simply select it from this dropdown, and your dashboard will instantly update to reflect the chosen configuration.
