Plans and Billing

Usermaven offers a versatile range of plans to cater to various needs:

Starter Plan: Ideal for those starting their analytics journey, it includes 25,000 free events per month, web analytics, product insights, basic funnel analysis, 1 workspace, 6 months data history and more.

Pro Plan: Priced at $14/month, the Pro plan steps up with 100K events, unlimited workspaces and users, advanced funnel analysis, pixel-white labeling, user journey insights, and more.

Premium Plan: Tailored for SaaS businesses, the Premium plan at $99/month provides 1M events, unlimited workspaces and users, advanced funnel analysis, user journey insights, company-level analytics, Contacts hub/CRM, and audience segmentation. Billing can be customized based on event requirements.

Enterprise/On-premise Solution: Designed for large-scale companies, this option offers dedicated features, custom onboarding, personalized SLAs, custom event limits per month, single sign-on authentication, custom integrations, a dedicated customer success manager, priority technical support, and advanced privacy and security features.

Current Plan

When you visit the 'Plan and Billing' page in your Account Settings, you will find information about your current plan. Additionally, you will find instructions on how to upgrade or downgrade your plan to better align with your needs.

Upon initial sign-up, you are automatically enrolled to the plan you select from the pricing page. In case, if you sign up directly, you are enrolled to the Starter free plan.

Billing details

Once you have signed up to the Usermaven plan, you will see your billing details under the Account Settings > Plan and Billing page.

  • To change your credit card details, click on the Upgrade Credit Card button and you will be redirected to the Paddle billing page. Enter your new credit card details and click on the Update Card button.
  • If you want to change your billing email address, click on the "Request to update" link, and send us a message on live chat with your new billing email address. We will update your billing email address and it will be reflected in the billing information section.

Invoices

To see all of the invoices against your account, go to the "Account Settings" and then navigate to the Plan and Billing page. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will see the list of invoices.

How to upgrade your plan?

  1. To upgrade from your current plan, locate and click on the 'upgrade' option in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Select 'Upgrade Plan' for the plan of your choice.

  3. You will be directed to a screen displaying all your billing details related to the selected plan. Make your payment using your preferred payment method, then click 'Subscribe Now,' and you'll be all set

  4. Once your payment is processed, you will be redirected to the Usermaven billing page, and your plan will be successfully upgraded.

How to start a 14-days free trial Pro/Premium plan

When you initially sign up, you will automatically start with the Starter plan. To upgrade to a different plan,

  1. Click the 'Upgrade' button located in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Clicking the 'Upgrade' button will redirect you to a page displaying comprehensive information about all the available plans offered by Usermaven.

  3. To initiate a free trial, simply click on the 'Start trial' button for the specific plan you're interested in, and you will instantly begin an 14-day free trial.

  4. If you decide to downgrade your plan, click 'Upgrade' once more, and on the next screen, select 'Downgrade plan.' Your plan will then be successfully downgraded.
