It is very easy to view the information you are trying to analyze and it is easy to understand. Some analytic products get too complicated and difficult; not Usermaven.

I think Usermaven is a great addition to my tool stack. It allows me to get a deep dive into the customers' intent and am able to better understand any roadblocks or areas within my app that customers do not like or are causing delays. White labeling allows me to get around blockers. I am really glad I found Usermaven

I love how easy it is to track the analytics of a website. The interface is also designed with the user in mind, so it's extremely easy to analyze the data. I like how easy it is to start tracking the analytics of a website. It gives me insights even on what keywords clients found me. You can see the entire journey of a visitor on your website, and to me, this is very valuable data to have. Since I have a web design agency, I also started implementing Usermaven on all the sites of my clients, to easily see the results of the new website design. I've been a big fan of Usermaven since signing up for the product. They're also constantly improving the product, and do well with communication and keeping me updated about new features

Privacy-friendly alternative to GA- I love getting weekly reports emailed to me on the status of all website properties I manage- as opposed to the clunky way of having to log into GA previously- and even when I did get reports emailed I still didn't know what I was looking at- Usermaven UX is much cleaner and they keep expanding the product. My best purchase so far for my agency. Very glad to have this tool - I now use it for all client websites to track analytics

Usermaven is very easy to set up and get going. It took a couple of minutes to set up tracking codes and parameters, then install the code on the website, and integrate it with Google Search Console. There is no need to dig and fiddle around with endless settings and pages like in Google Analytics. The number of features is growing quickly which gives us more useful insights about our visitors

Product analytics has been very useful and insights derived from them are very inspiring. We moved away from GA to Usermaven due to its easy-to-implement usage tracking on our websites and products. Basically, we can track any movements, analytics, and stats in 1 tool. It gives you all the details you need. The journey feature is simply amazing. Integration using a ton of methods also gives you all possible options on how you can integrate Usermaven into your website, product, etc. No need for GA4 if Privacy is important to you. 

I love the user interface and setup. I was tracking and recording analytics in less than 10 minutes of installing one small piece of code on my website which was super easy to integrate. The interface is clean intuitive and very easy to read, unlike Google Analytics which is cumbersome to set up and use, especially if you have multiple websites or tracking/analyzing for clients. The customer support is amazing and fast. The team behind the scenes is already ready to help and very responsive. Many responses have been within 30-60 minutes too. I use Usermaven daily for tracking my websites and have started adding my client websites in my dashboard so I have one place to go to view all important data to help me optimize and make informed decisions

Usermaven was straightforward to install and implement! It gives you everything you NEED without all the fluff. There is lots of data there, but it is what you need and isn't overly complicated! I LOVE it compared to the most popular free analytic service because you don't get lost in a confusing interface and setup, you get what you need right up front!
