We didn't set out to build another analytics tool. We set out to fix our own.

For years, marketing teams, agencies, and brands have wrestled with the same question. Which channels, sources, and content are actually driving conversions, revenue, and growth? Too often, the honest answer was a guess.

The tools meant to answer it rarely helped. Most analytics platforms were tough to set up, complicated to use, and expensive to keep. They still left you stitching reports together just to see the full picture.

We knew the problem firsthand. We were growing our own products (ContentStudio, Replug, Contentpen, and Helpin) and needed to know what was working, but the tools on the market made it harder than it should be. So in 2021 we built Usermaven, the analytics we always wished we'd had. It's bootstrapped, independent, and shaped entirely by the people who use it.
